Any project can become a clean PDF for a stakeholder, a lender or your own files. You can make one in two places: the Reports tab in your dashboard, and each project's report page.

Reports in your dashboard

Open Reports and pick a project from the Project dropdown. Three tabs switch between report types:

• Annotation Report — every measurement, marker and note you've placed, with totals and tables grouped by kind.
• Progress Report — a status timeline and a Capture History of each flight. With two mapping dates, Open Comparison shows what changed.
• Project Summary — the project's headline stats, its description and its deliverables.

Print, export, or share

Three buttons sit at the top right:

• Export PDF — builds a branded PDF and downloads it. Most people want this one.
• Print — sends the report to your printer (or "Save as PDF").
• Share Link — copies a link to the project: no sign-in, a simplified, view-only look at every scan, for two weeks. It's listed on your Shared links page, where you can copy it again or revoke it.

Your project report page

Each project also has its own report page. In the project's viewer, click Project details to open the Project Report page. Two one-click PDFs sit under Documents → Records.

Geointelligence Report — expand the card to see what's included, then click Generate & Download Report.

The Property Scan Certificate

Below the report is the Property Scan Certificate, a frame-ready landscape page. Expand it and click Generate & Download Certificate.

It carries the property name, capture date and area, an accuracy statement, an aerial image and a unique serial number. Its QR code opens your live 3D model through your existing access link. It's on the Downloads tab too.
