Every project can become a clean, professional PDF you can hand to a stakeholder, a lender, or your own files — no design work required. There are two places to make one: the Reports tab in your dashboard, and each project's own report page.

Reports in your dashboard

Open the Reports tab in your portal, then pick a project from the Project dropdown. Three tabs across the top switch between report types:

• Annotation Report — every measurement, marker, and note you've placed, with totals up top and tidy tables grouped by kind (locations, distances, areas, volumes).
• Progress Report — how your project moved from flight to delivery: a status timeline, a Capture History list of each flight on the property, and a one-click Open Comparison link when two mapping dates are available so you can see exactly what changed.
• Project Summary — the project's headline stats, its description, and a full list of deliverables.

Print, export, or share

Top-right of the Reports tab you'll find three buttons:

• Export PDF — builds a polished, branded PDF and downloads it. This is the one most people want.
• Print — sends the report you're viewing straight to your printer (or "Save as PDF").
• Share Link — copies a link that reopens this report for whoever you send it to. They'll still need access to the project.

Your project report page

Every project also has its own report page. Open the project's viewer and click Project Details (its tooltip reads "Stats, terrain, reports and deliverables"). That opens the Project Report page. Scroll to the Reports section for two one-click documents.

Geointelligence Report — expand the card to see what's included (project overview, mapping statistics, map layers, deliverables, and more), then click Generate & Download Report. If you open the 2D map or 3D model first, it even drops those exact views into the PDF as images. When we've set ground-control points, it also includes your mapping accuracy details.

Tip: Open the 2D or 3D viewer before you generate, so the report captures the view you care about.

The Property Scan Certificate

Just below the report is the Property Scan Certificate — a frame-ready, single landscape page. Expand it and click Generate & Download Certificate. It carries the property name, capture date and area, an accuracy statement, an aerial image, a unique serial number, and a QR code that opens your live 3D model using your existing access link. It's a great leave-behind: print it, hang it, or hand it to a stakeholder. You'll also find it at the bottom of the Exports (Downloads) tab.

Good to know

Every report is engineering-grade mapping built for planning and estimating — not a legal land survey (Embry Solutions doesn't perform land surveys). That note is printed on the documents automatically, so you never have to add it yourself.
