Once you're signed in, everything we've delivered is a click or two away. Here's how to move around and pull down your files.
Getting around the dashboard
The left sidebar is your map of the portal. The tabs you'll use most:
- Overview — a summary of your projects, recent activity, and what's new.
- Projects — the full list. Click any project to open its interactive viewer.
- Explore — jump straight into your maps and 3D models.
- Exports — every downloadable file, all in one place (the page itself is titled Downloads; details below).
- Reports, Issues, Analytics, Activity, and Billing round out the rest.
Tip: Use the search box at the top to jump to a project by name.
Opening a project
- Go to Projects (or Explore) and click the project you want.
- It opens in the interactive viewer, where tabs across the top switch between the 2D map, 3D model, point cloud, Ground View 360, and any other deliverables for that project.
- Inside the viewer, the Export button (a labeled button in the toolbar on desktop; on mobile it's in the ⋯ more-actions menu) lets you download the exact thing you're looking at in a few formats.
Downloading files from the Exports tab
The Exports tab (its page is titled Downloads) is the fastest way to grab finished files without hunting through viewers.
- Open Exports from the sidebar.
- At the top you'll see totals — how many deliverables you have, their combined size, and how many projects they span.
- Use the two dropdown filters to narrow the list by project and by file format.
- Find the file you want in the table (File, Format, Project, Size) and click Download on its row.
Common file formats you'll see
- GeoTIFF — the 2D overhead map (orthomosaic), ready for GIS or CAD.
- COPC LAZ / LAZ / LAS — the point cloud.
- OBJ — the 3D mesh model.
- KMZ — opens in Google Earth.
- PDF — reports and summaries.
Note: In the in-viewer Export menu, some items carry a small “†” mark and our standard mapping disclaimer — that just notes the data is a photoreal 3D scan, not a legal survey.
Property Scan Certificates
At the bottom of the Exports tab, each property has a Property Scan Certificate — a frame-ready one-page PDF with a QR code that opens your live 3D model. Click Certificate to generate and download it. It's a great leave-behind for stakeholders or a nice thing to print and hang.
