Getting around the dashboard

The left sidebar holds the dashboard's pages:

• Overview — a summary of your projects, recent activity and what's new.
• Projects — the full list. Click a project to open its interactive viewer.
• Explore — jump straight into your maps and 3D models.
• Downloads — every downloadable file, in one place.
• Shared links — every link you've made with Share → Anyone with the link, on any of your projects: copy one again, or revoke it.
• Reports, Issues, Analytics, Activity and Billing round out the rest.

Tip: The search box at the top jumps to a project by name.

Opening a project

1. Go to Projects (or Explore) and click the project.
2. It opens in the viewer. Tabs across the top switch between the views it includes, such as the 2D Map, 3D Model and Point Cloud.
3. The viewer's Export button downloads what you're looking at, in a few formats. On a phone it's in the ⋯ menu.

Downloading from the Downloads tab

1. Open Downloads from the sidebar.
2. The cards at the top count your files, their total size and your projects.
3. Narrow the list by project and by file format. A project with more than one flight also lets you pick the flight.
4. Click Download on the file's row.

Common file formats you'll see

• GeoTIFF — the 2D overhead map (orthomosaic), ready for GIS or CAD.
• COPC LAZ / LAZ / LAS — the point cloud.
• OBJ — the 3D mesh model.
• KMZ — opens in map apps that read KMZ.
• PDF — reports and summaries.

Note: In the viewer's Export menu, a small “†” marks a format that carries our mapping disclaimer inside the file.

Property Scan Certificates

Below the file list, each property has a Property Scan Certificate: a frame-ready one-page PDF with a QR code that opens your live 3D model. Click Certificate to make and download it.
