The Handover Pack

Some of the most important readers of your map will never open the viewer: the contractor pricing a job from the truck, the appraiser assembling a file, the gate guard on their first shift, the ranch manager you hired last month. The Handover Pack is one bound PDF built for them — everything printable about your property, behind one cover.

What's inside

1. A cover that names the property and the one flight everything behind it is built from.
2. The Property Key — every named place, numbered on your own map, with its legend.
3. A Route Card for every published trail — the route on your own map, with its stops numbered in order.

The one rule the pack keeps

Every page behind the cover is from the same flight. If the pages can't all agree on one flight — say a re-fly landed while the pack was being put together — the pack refuses to print rather than quietly mixing flights, because a bound document states its flight once, on the cover, and either every page honors that or the cover is a lie. For the same reason, if something drops out between planning and printing (a route unpublished at the last minute), the cover's contents list says so instead of pretending it was never promised.

A pack with nothing to bind — no named places, no published routes — isn't printed at all. We'd rather tell you it's empty than hand you a confident-looking folder of nothing.

This data is not a legal survey. Embry Solutions LLC does not perform land surveys. For boundary, subdivision, or title surveys, please consult a licensed Texas surveyor.

Routes in the pack carry the same limit they carry everywhere: A route on this page is a path recorded over this property from our own mapping — a line to walk or fly, and nothing more. It is not a road, an easement, or a right of way, and it is not a statement that the ground it crosses is maintained, legally accessible, or safe to travel on foot or by vehicle. Conditions on the ground govern: check them before relying on a route.
